Geriatrics
Caring for those individuals who are in their mature years requires that the physician spend the time necessary to evaluate current function, help prevent illnesses, and assist in staying active and alert. We, at the Family Medicine Center, are committed to assuring that our patients' senior years are as enjoyable as earlier decades. Management of medications, coordinating care by subspecialists, monitoring chronic illnesses, and more. And if the time comes for a move to an assisted living arrangement, we will continue to care for your needs there too. |
Sports Medicine
Whether is being on the sideline during the game or evaluating the injury the next morning, the Family Medicine Center is prepared to help our athletes stay healthy or regain their health as quickly as possible. We provide pre-participation examinations and we work with the local high schools during the many sports seasons. If a serious injury occurs, we work with the excellent orthopedists in Bryan/College Station to return the athlete to function. |
Pediatrics - Caring for Children
As Board Certified Family Physicians many, if not most, of your child's health needs can be met by the Family Medicine Center. From immunizations to treating asthma, from sprained ankles to meningitis, we are there for you. For those times that require special care, we work with the excellent pediatric specialists in our community. |
